Be the leader of the team who sets the tone of the work environment and the level of customer hospitality
Oversee profit and loss management, including cash control/security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management
Recruit, hire, and develop team members and shift leads, conduct new hire orientations, and create training plans for each new hire
Maintain a friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Oversee a team of associates in a fast-paced environment while ensuring all proper food safety precautions are followed
Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude while delegating tasks and giving instructions
Work effectively and safely in a changing environment
Make quick and appropriate decisions
Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems
Ensure all team members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned positions
Understand posted work schedules and report to work as scheduled, on time, in uniform, and ready to begin tasks. Provide appropriate notice when unable to attend work
Use the approved timekeeping system accurately, including recording all hours worked
Provide ongoing constructive and positive feedback to team members
Actively participate in the training and development of team members
Fully participate in delivering every guest a WOW experience

Are you qualified for the job?
Education: High school diploma or GED required; college or university degree preferred
Basic business math and accounting skills
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Experience:
Relevant supervisory experience in food service or retail environments
Experience with profit and loss responsibility preferred
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must pass background check and drug test
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
Able to stock shelves and coolers
Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers, and place them in outdoor bins
Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop during up to 90% of shift time
