Direct Sales Representative

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen and engage with others.

  • Experience with CRM systems (like Spotio, HubSpot or Microsoft 365).
  • Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.
  • Multitasking abilities, with prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in operating personal computers and tablets (e.g., iPad).
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to hit goals.
  • Access to transportation and ability to travel locally as needed.
  • Criminal background check.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Due to the nature of the job, required to communicate in English
  • Driver's License

This role starts as a cold-call, outside sales position where you'll receive top-tier resources, training, and tools to master the art of business development. Well equip you with consultative sales techniques to help you build a thriving referral networkone that keeps your pipeline full and your success growing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the Face of the Wire 3 Movement - Represent our brand by engaging directly with the community. This includes door-to-door outreach, leveraging social media, attending local events, and building relationships with potential customers.

Sell with a Purpose - Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and clearly communicate how Wire 3 provides the best solution.

Stay Sharp on Market Trends - Keep tabs on competitors, identify opportunities, and adapt your approach to stay ahead.

Own Your Success - Meet and exceed sales goals by actively building and managing your pipeline. Your drive and determination will directly impact your success.
