Aerotek Warehouse Worker in Dayton, Texas

Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description

Join our team in the Warehouse department of a leading pharmaceutical company. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, using an RF scanner, breaking down boxes, material handling, shipping, and labeling carts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform picking and packing tasks efficiently.

  • Utilize an RF scanner for inventory management.

  • Break down boxes and handle materials safely.

  • Prepare items for shipping and ensure accurate labeling of carts.

Essential Skills

  • Experience as a picker and packer.

  • Proficiency with labeling and using an RF scanner.

  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Willingness and ability to learn quickly.

  • Experience in warehouse, retail, or fast food environments.

Work Environment

Expect a dynamic work environment with shifts starting at 7 pm and lasting 8-10 hours. Overtime is available depending on production needs. The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday, with work on all Federal Holidays unless they fall on a Friday or Saturday. The dress code is casual, with jeans and clean, plain attire.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
