Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description
Join our team in the Warehouse department of a leading pharmaceutical company. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, using an RF scanner, breaking down boxes, material handling, shipping, and labeling carts.
Responsibilities
Perform picking and packing tasks efficiently.
Utilize an RF scanner for inventory management.
Break down boxes and handle materials safely.
Prepare items for shipping and ensure accurate labeling of carts.
Essential Skills
Experience as a picker and packer.
Proficiency with labeling and using an RF scanner.
Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
Experience in warehouse, retail, or fast food environments.

Work Environment
Expect a dynamic work environment with shifts starting at 7 pm and lasting 8-10 hours. Overtime is available depending on production needs. The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday, with work on all Federal Holidays unless they fall on a Friday or Saturday. The dress code is casual, with jeans and clean, plain attire.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
