General Labor
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer in our shipping department. You will be responsible for manual labor and clean-up tasks, assisting in various areas of the facility, including production and warehouse. As part of your role, you will aid shipping clerks with materials, assist machine operators, and perform significant outdoor clean-up of storage areas. Your tasks will vary, providing an opportunity to engage in multiple facets of our operations.
Responsibilities
Assist shipping clerks by grabbing materials for shipping and packaging products.
Support machine operators in the production process.
Conduct outdoor clean-up and organization of storage areas.
Perform general cleaning and organizing tasks throughout the facility.
Essential Skills
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, construction, or labor-intensive warehouse environments.
Ability to work outdoors 70-80% of the time.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Proficiency in using hand tools and performing assembly tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual skills are a significant advantage.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
