ManpowerGroup Electrical Maintenance Position in Dayton, Texas
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Position to join their team. As an Electrical Maintenance Position, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on various production equipment, including motors, VFDs, PLCs, and conveyors.
Disassemble and reassemble equipment for maintenance and upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime.
Interpret and follow electronic and electrical drawings, adhering to NEC standards for all installations and repairs.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain motor controls, electronic controls, and process sensors to support manufacturing processes.
Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and utilize appropriate safety equipment and practices.
What's Needed?
Proficient communication skills in English.
Willingness to work weekends and rotating night shifts as required.
Vocational or technical school diploma in electricity/electronics preferred.
Ability to read, write, perform mathematical calculations, and maintain accurate documentation.
Additional mechanical experience is a plus.
