Position Overview Woolpert is hiring a Part-Time Consultant to join our dynamic Geospatial Team. This position willjoin a team that engages with clients across multiple market sectors, supporting client objectives in areas such as Asset Management, Sustainability, Operational Improvements, Organizational Performance, Process Improvement, Assessment, Business Process Reengineering, and related studies and analyses. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. What You Will Do: The Part-Time Consultant will help the organization solve issues, create value, maximize growth, and enhance the business performance of their clients. Primarily concerned with the strategy, structure, management, and operations of an organization. Identify options for the organization and suggest recommendations for change, as well as provide additional resources to help implement solutions. Services will include strategic planning, process improvement, data analytics, policy development, communication, change management, inventory, condition assessment, financial analysis, and program development. Will utilize their business skills to offer objective advice, expertise, and specialized skills that the organization may be lacking. This individual will have demonstrated experience and expertise in developing successful approaches for public and private sector clients that align with Woolpert's capabilities, services, and expertise. Projects or technical expertise associated with consulting, or a related field may include planning, environmental services, water resources, marine transportation, program management, asset management, or related services. Projects may include leadership, strategic planning, business process improvement, program management, energy and sustainability, resiliency, portfolio management, asset management advisory services, and related consulting services for the large public and private sector clients. What You Will Bring: BA/BS degree in related field. Proven and dynamic leadership capabilities. Demonstrated understanding of business management abilities. Must be able to travel to meet the needs and demands of the project. Functional expertise in the use of basic automation systems (Microsoft Office or equivalent). Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and be self-directed. Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and coordinate activities across program components. Ability to interact with senior personnel and effectively manage and supervise a staff.
