Position Overview Woolpert is hiring a CE Business Analystto join our dynamic Corporate Applications Team. This position reports to the Director of ERP Solutions and is responsible for translating customer experience business requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated Microsoft technology solutions while also providing ongoing functional and technical support for CE platforms. This role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders, customer-facing teams, and IT, ensuring CE systems are optimized, supported, and continuously improved. The analyst works extensively within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365. What You Will Do: Requirements & Solution Delivery Elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for CE initiatives. Translate business needs into system configurations, workflows, and integration specifications. Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancements. Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 modules to support customer lifecycle processes. CE Application Support Provide Tier 2/3 functional and technical support for Microsoft CE platforms. Troubleshoot issues related to CRM workflows, integrations, reporting, and user access. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with infrastructure or development teams as needed. Manage support tickets and prioritize incidents. Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities. Support end users (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) with issue resolution and best practices. Maintain system documentation, knowledge base articles, and support playbooks. Conduct impact analysis for system updates and patches. Assist with user provisioning, security role adjustments, and access management. Architecture & Integration Support design and documentation of integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems (ERP, data warehouses, marketing platforms). Collaborate with Azure teams on API management and middleware solutions. Ensure alignment with enterprise cloud and security standards. Participate in deployment planning and release management. Security, Governance & Compliance Configure role-based security models. Support identity and access management integration. Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and data protection policies. Participate in audits and risk assessments. What You Will Bring: 15+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis or CE system support. Strong configuration and support experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Experience supporting cloud-based SaaS applications. Familiarity with Azure integrations and data services. Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate). Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data modeling. Experience in incident management and IT service management.
