As a software development project manager, you're passionate about outcomes and support a development team that's modernizing critical projects. On our team, you'll apply your functional knowledge to manage a development team to focus on sprint goals for multiple models, ensuring each project is successfully progressed. you'll manage and report progress on key tasks to help your team accomplish sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

In this role, you'll directly impact modeling and simulation of tactical systems for the Intelligence Community. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in scrum

tware development, IT project management, and tactical planning and delivery while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will improve national security.

You Have:

• Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements for multiple, simultaneous, related software projects
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience driving client delivery and engaging with client management
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience as a project manager of a software development team or 5+ years of experience as a project manager of a software development team in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with systems engineering orsoftware development
• Experience with business process improvement and collaborating with technical staff and engineers
• Knowledge of the project management framework
• Knowledge of U.S. government intelligence community and IT infrastructures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
• Possession of excellent virtual, in-person, written, and verbal communication skills
• TS/SCI clearance
• Certified Scrum Master(CSM)Certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
