Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan and execute scheduled maintenance, respond to equipment breakdowns, and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities by diagnosing faults and repairing equipment.
Responsibilities
480v troubleshooting and repair
Maintenance on drives and motors
Must be open to learning instrumentation
Essential Skills
Proficiency in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Work Environment
The position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. The work environment involves both outdoor reactive maintenance and indoor shop repairs. Flexibility in scheduling may be required for vacation coverage, pressing projects, or other demands. Dress in accordance with safety regulations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
