[The Scrum Master will support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) by performing as a servant leader on a collaborative Agile Scrum development team. Qualified candidates will apply advanced training and experience to the testing of complex systems and software to ensure quality software deliverables.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

Job Duties:

• [Facilitate scrum events, such as daily stand ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Support and educate product owners to ensure priorities align with product goals and the product backlog is maintained.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Mentor team on Agile principles and practices.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Promote an environment of continuous improvement]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Facilitate clear and transparent communication between the team and the stakeholders.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Ensure team readiness to present at Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM).]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Collaborate with scrum masters in Scrum of Scrums.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Prepare team for quarterly release planning events.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [May be required to perform activities within NASIC and adhere to security requirements for access to classified information]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}

Required Qualifications:

• [U.S Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Bachelor's Degree]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Team Agreements, Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, Acceptance Criteria]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlog.]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
• [Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}
