Job Skills/Requirements: Must have a valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record. Minimum 2 years of licensed driving experience (commercial driving experience preferred but not required). Ability to safely operate a passenger van/shuttle vehicle. Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Must be at least 21 years old. First, second and third shifts. Desired Qualifications: Valid Ohio driver's license required with Passenger Endorsement (preferred but not required for standard shuttle vans). High school diploma or GED Prior experience as a shuttle, bus, or rideshare driver is a plus. Knowledge of Dayton and surrounding areas. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed. Additional Information/Benefits: Pay: Competitive hourly rate plus potential bonuses.
