About this position: Configuration Manager Location - Beavercreek, OH

Wage/Salary Range: $115,000 - 135,000

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Leverage AI powered tools to automate configuration tracking, drift detection, and remediation workflows.
Implement predictive analytics to identify configuration risks, performance issues, and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering and security teams to integrate AI based insights into operational decision making
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise configuration management processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all environments.
Maintain and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring data integrity and alignment with ITIL best practices.
Develop and enforce configuration standards, baselines, and lifecycle policies for infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.
Manage configuration and compliance across hybrid environments.
Utilize tools such as Intune, Azure Policy, and Defender for Cloud to enforce configuration baselines and security standards.
Support Zero Trust initiatives through configuration hardening and policy enforcement.
Develop, implement, and maintain Configuration Management Plans (CMP) in accordance with program requirements and applicable standards.
Establish and control software and system baselines, including functional, allocated, and product baselines.
Manage and track configuration items (CIs) throughout the software development lifecycle.
Conduct and support Configuration Control Board (CCB) activities including preparation of change proposals, impact analyses, and meeting facilitation
