Job Skills
- Ability to lead and manage a crew on active job sites
- Strong knowledge of concrete work (footers, walls, slabs, sitework)
- Able to read blueprints, plans, and grade stakes
- Good communication with crew, PMs, and customers
- Problem-solving in the field and making quick decisions
- Time management and ability to keep jobs on schedule
- Ability to train and develop crew members
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Experience with layout, forming, pouring, and finishing
- Ability to use tablets/apps for timekeeping and daily reports (UKG or similar)
- Strong focus on safety and jobsite awareness
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of concrete construction experience (Foreman or lead experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required)
- Ability to supervise a crew and hold team members accountable
- Must be able to read and understand construction plans
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Willing to travel to job sites (some jobs may be over 1--2 hours away)
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience managing multiple jobs or larger crews
- CDL license
- Experience with sitework, excavation, or heavy equipment
- Experience with scheduling, material planning, and manpower planning
