Key Responsibilities
Perform simple to complex setups and operate CNC machines and machining centers.
Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations and tolerances.
Set up fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on mills, lathes, grinders, and other machining equipment.
Monitor machine performance and adjust speeds, feeds, coolant flow, and controls as needed.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.).
Perform operator preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
5–10 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
Experience editing CNC programs and understanding G & M codes preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple machines and setups simultaneously.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
