Education and/or Experience
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality leadership role required
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to multitask and perform well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Skills and Abilities
Barista experience and knowledge of espresso drink preparation
Experience supervising teams in event or convention settings
Strong organizational and time management skills
Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
