Key Exciting Responsibilities * Spearhead the configuration of e-Builder for managed service clients, transforming complex organizational goals into streamlined digital workflows. * Drive software adoption by delivering engaging training programs and crafting high-impact materials for client teams. * Architect detailed process and data flows by analyzing intricate business requirements and performing rigorous gap analyses. * Mastermind creative solutions for ambiguous business problems, ensuring project deliverables consistently exceed client expectations. * Direct project health by implementing process improvements, uncovering software usage barriers through expert diplomacy, and delivering comprehensive status evaluations. Essential Skills & Experience * Proven track record in writing complex system requirement documents and conveying technical solutions to executive stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret intricate technical diagrams, data models, and complex business process documents. * Expertise in modeling business processes and developing comprehensive testing strategies to evaluate expected results. * Strong consultative focus with the ability to manage and implement multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously. Bonus Points For: * Previous experience with e-Builder or similar cloud-based construction management platforms. * Background in the AECO industry or managing large-scale infrastructure software implementations.
