Mechanical Assembler
Job Overview
We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to perform basic assembly of industrial paint sprayers in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. You’ll work with power and hand tools, follow computer-based work instructions, assist with labeling and packaging, and collaborate with a small team on the assembly line.
Responsibilities
Assemble industrial paint sprayers using power and hand tools
Read and follow digital work instructions
Assist with labeling and packaging tasks
Work collaboratively with a team of 4–8 assemblers
Required Skills
1+ year of experience in manufacturing
Mechanical assembly experience
Proficiency with power and hand tools
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Basic computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude (e.g., home renovations, auto repair, similar hands-on work)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
