Truck Driver CDL A / Warehouse Specialist

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and versatile Truck Driver CDL A/Warehouse Tech-Hybrid to join our Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating 53-foot semi-trailers safely, managing customer pickups and deliveries, and performing essential warehouse operations .This hybrid position is vital for ensuring seamless logistics and high-quality inventory handling within our recycling facilities.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Operate and maintain a company 53-foot semi-trailer safely to deliver customer orders and transport items between ALM facilities using live load and drop-and-hook methods.

  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to perform baling, sorting, and forklift operations, ensuring all items are prepared correctly for recycling or transit.

  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and organizational safety standards , maintaining accurate paperwork and following all security procedures during transit and warehouse tasks.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of route transportation experience preferred, with a valid CDL A license and a clean driving record.

  • Strong knowledge of semi-trailer operation and warehouse equipment , including the ability to operate forklifts (would be preferred) safely and prepare gaylords..

  • Proven ability in physical labor and customer service , including the capacity to lift up to 70 pounds and manage bins weighing up to 350 pounds.

  • Active CDL Class A License and the ability to pass a DOT physical and background check.

What We Offer

  • Pay: $26.00 per hour (paid biweekly).

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; 4:00am - 8:00am start times (must be flexible); includes Overtime and possible 1 night OTR based on business needs.
