Pay Rate: $40.25 to $45.38 per Hour

A Unique Opportunity to Shape a New Role
As a Multifamily Contract and Operations Manager , you will be one of the first to step into this newly created, dynamic hybrid position. This role combines contract management, operations leadership, and process optimization—offering a rare opportunity to influence how the business scales and evolves.
While this position begins as an individual contributor role, there is potential for it to grow into a leadership role including direct reports. You will serve as a central point of contact for contract creation, negotiation, and process improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Lead Contract Efforts for Multifamily
Serve as the primary internal point of contact for contract initiatives
Draft, review, redline, negotiate, and execute a variety of contracts, including:
Internet/voice/video agreements
Amendments and renewals
Assignments and assumptions
Terminations
Prepare AdobeSign or DocuSign executables
Manage the full contract lifecycle from creation through execution
Maintain records, correspondence, version control, and documentation for all active and completed contracts
Collaborate Across the Organization
Communicate contract information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders, including:
Business Development Managers (Sales)
Legal Counsel
Operations Managers
Internal leadership teams
Ensure alignment between legal, operational, and business requirements
Drive Process and Operational Improvements
Identify systemic or workflow inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions
Lead or support projects aimed at:
Contract standardization and simplification
Salesforce optimization
CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tool enhancements
Internal process improvements and customer success initiatives
Manage data gathering, analysis, and reporting for business or project needs
Support ongoing and new initiatives in a lead or collaborative capacity
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in contract management, creation, and negotiation
3+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or business development
Strong multi-tasking ability and experience managing multiple contracts/projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
Ability to take initiative with minimal oversight while remaining receptive to coaching
Comfortable serving as either project lead or support, depending on business needs
Ability to balance customer centricity with the obligation to protect company interests
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign or similar CLM tools
Knowledge of the Multifamily marketplace
Strong analytical skills for data and process optimization
Valid state driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 10%

Pay Details: $40.25 to $45.38 per hour
