Midland Electric Inc Electrical Project Manager in Davenport, Washington
Midland Electric is hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial and public works projects throughout Eastern Washington and North Idaho.
We perform meaningful infrastructure work including water/wastewater facilities, street lighting, municipal buildings, and other commercial electrical projects. If you enjoy leading projects, solving problems, supporting field crews, and driving jobs to successful completion, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Manage projects from kickoff through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and job cost performance
- Coordinate with field crews, vendors, inspectors, engineers, and general contractors
- Handle submittals, RFIs, procurement, and change orders
- Keep projects organized, on schedule, and profitable
- Support field teams with planning, materials, and communication
- Maintain accurate project documentation
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Understanding of plans, specifications, and construction scheduling
- Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through
Preferred Qualifications (preferred, not required)
- Public works / prevailing wage experience
- Experience with Procore or similar construction software
- Washington 01 Journeyman License
