Job Description:
Designs, deploys, and maintains enterprise voice infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Configures and manages Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco Contact Center Express, Cisco CUBE, Cisco Emergency Responder, and Call Accounting systems. Monitors and optimizes voice network performance, identifying and resolving issues to improve efficiency. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate voice infrastructure with other IT systems and applications. Troubleshoots and resolves voice infrastructure issues, providing timely support to end-users and applications. Implements and maintains disaster recovery and high-availability solutions for voice systems. Conducts capacity planning and performance tuning to accommodate growth and changing business needs. Documents voice infrastructure configurations, procedures, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance. Manages change control processes and prepares status reports for voice infrastructure projects. Provides technical guidance and training to junior voice engineers and other IT staff. Ensures voice infrastructure security by collaborating with the Enterprise Security Architecture Team and monitoring security initiatives. Participates in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proven skills in both verbal and written communication. [Required]
• Proven skills with Cisco platforms such as Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco Contact Center Express, Cisco CUBE and Cisco Emergency Responder in a production environment. This would also include VOIP, Mobility, Wireless, Call Accounting systems, Voice recording systems and Wallboard systems. [Required]
• Proven skills in configuration of voice architecture with cross-functional application, business, technical teams and third-party vendors. [Required]
• Technical writing skills. [Preferred]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:
• Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology
Work Experience:
• 3+ experience in supporting cisco voice infrastructure platforms to include cisco call manager, cisco unity, cisco contact center express, cisco cube and cisco emergency responder and other voip systems. [Required]
• 5+ in the support of an enterprise voice platform in a 24x7 environment. [Required]
• 5+ related experience. [Required]
• Experience working in a healthcare environment. [Preferred]

$63,841.23 - $118,740.34
