Complies with Compliance Standards\' Information Access & Confidentiality Agreement & Code of Conduct Maintain knowledge of EMR Performs assessments designed to gather data relevant to the patient\'s individual needs o Cardiovascular assessment, adult and pediatric o Pulmonary assessment, adult and pediatric o Effectiveness of therapy o Risk factor assessment o Social/Economic assessment o Age-specific assessments o Abuse assessment Ability to develop and implement patient care plans o Determine individualized interventions o Participate in patient care conferences and discharge planning o Provide education to patient and family members Ability to manage patient care therapy for adult and pediatric patients o Ability to provide cares to patient on oxygen therapy o Ability to provide cares to patient requiring respiratory treatments - Cough enhancements - Directed cough procedure/instruction - Deep breathing enhancements - Nebulizer treatments - Continuous Nebulizer therapy - Chest physical therapy - Flutter valve - Metered dose inhaler (MDI) treatments - Dry powder inhaler treatments - Incentive spirometry - Positive expiratory pressure (PEP) - Intermittent positive pressure breathing (IPPB) - Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) - Bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP/B-level) - Aerosol therapy (cool and heated) - Ultrasonic nebulizers - Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work under the Cardiopulmonary Director. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to anticipate needs, change goals and direction quickly, requiring strong multitasking skills. Ability to remain compliant with Hospital-Wide Education. Ability to attend meetings as instructed. Ability to flex shifts worked or assigned; including night, weekends, and holidays.
