ManpowerGroup Production Operator in Darien, Wisconsin
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Darien, WI
Pay Range: $22.56/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm (Overtime available once trained)
What's the Job?
Follow established procedures and guidelines to perform a variety of simple, manual tasks integral to the production process
Load materials into production machines to ensure smooth workflow
Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products efficiently
Collect and dispose of garbage and production waste in accordance with organizational policies
Clean production equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment
What's Needed?
Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including long hours standing and bending
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, with team lifting for heavier items
Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with inventory databases is helpful but not required
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Previous experience or training in a production environment is a plus
