- deliver load to the destination
- load and unload tanker (liquid and dry food grade commodities)
- live wash (kosher wash) the tanker if necessary: liquid - after each load, dry - once a month
- basic maintenance and repairs if needed (e.g. replace the light bulb, fix minor issues on truck or trailer if needed)
- truck and trailer wash - every other week
- take the truck to PM service when required
