Job Title: Concrete Finisher
Job Description
Join a dynamic and expanding company known for repairing and installing new infrastructure. We are seeking dedicated concrete laborers who are passionate about construction and eager to grow with us. This role will be taking place in Stamford, CT and they will expect travel 50 miles surrounding the state of CT. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of concrete finishing, restoration, and repair. This job will pay between $20 - $25 an hour.
Responsibilities
Participate in repairing and installing new infrastructure projects.
Utilize hand and power tools efficiently for various tasks.
Assist in concrete finishing and coating processes.
Engage in demolition and general labor duties as required.
Ensure the proper setup and dismantling of formwork and rebar.
Travel within the designated area and be open to overnight trips as necessary.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of experience in masonry, construction, or the landscape/hardscape industry.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Concrete finishing and construction skills.
Willingness to travel and flexibility for overnight stays.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
OSHA 10 Card (will be provided if not currently held).
Experience in concrete finishing is a plus.

Work Environment
Work primarily at construction sites throughout Connecticut, with current projects in Stamford and Hartford, and upcoming projects in Norwich. The role requires adaptability to various site conditions and the ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Darien, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
