The opportunity The Program Manager, AI Learner Development, will work on a pioneering project integrating wellness into education and using AI to support students' educational, foundational, and emotional skills. You will combine learning sciences, psychological research, data science, and educational development, requiring cross disciplinary thinking and strong analytical, and communication skills. You will report to the Vice President of AI Learner Development and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will work quickly and collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team, establishing a learning, foundational and wellness skills system; test core hypotheses; and iterate based on data and feedback. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, across time zones, to develop education, wellness and human development-focused interventions. You will work remotely from any of our approved states. #LI-Remote What You'll Do: Design frameworks for learning activities and sequences grounded in psychological, behavioral and cognitive sciences, real-world application, and learner agency Draft learning goals, skills maps, and taxonomies that are precise, relevant, and adaptable Script interactive, video-based, and dialogic content using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Lumen5, and ElevenLabs Write high-quality AI prompts and instructions for AI-powered learning agents and workflows Run synthetic evaluations on AI transcripts and interactions Combine latest research on AI, psychology, behavioral and learning sciences, AI-augmented design into practical strategies Create comprehensive literature reviews on topics related to psychology, education, wellness, and AI. Collaborate with engineers and product teams to prototype and improve on scalable, personalized learning features Create content including project documentation, educational materials, and reports for multiple partners. Balance big-picture vision with detail-level execution, moving fluidly between curriculum strategy and hands-on writing Contribute to internal design systems, including tagging frameworks, ontologies, and knowledge graphs Use data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform evidence-based iteration What We're Looking For: Master's degree in Psychology/Education/Learning Design or a related field Experience conducting and combining literature reviews. Experience conducting synthetic evaluations with AI agents. Experience cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data. Experience with coding languages (e.g., Python, R) for data extraction and analysis. Familiarity with IRB processes and ethical standards in research. Experienc
