Environmentally friendly cleaning company hiring an employee for a permanent, part-time Janitor / Custodian / Environmental Services position in the Danville area.
PLEASE NOTE: Flooring Experience is a plus, but the employer is willing to train suitable candidates.
JOB DUTIES
Keeping buildings, interior & exterior areas in clean & orderly condition
Use proper man-power, cleaning supplies, tools & machines to perform heavy & light cleaning duties
Wash walls & glass
Perform routine maintenance
Notify management of necessary repairs
Rubbish & garbage removal
Cleaning floors
Any other related duties, as required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants MUST:
Have a valid, PA Class C Standard Driver License, clean driving record AND own vehicle/transportation
Be a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a good work ethic
Submit to drug screen/testing
Must be able to pass criminal background check
Able to bend, lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs.
Able to work alone or in a group
Able to pay attention to detail
Able to submit to random drug test
WORK HOURS
Applicant must be able to work a flexible schedule to be discussed directly with the employer.
Schedule will be 20 to 25 hours per week, in the evenings, Monday through Friday.
