A leading industrial company is hiring a Manager, AI Transformation & Operations Innovation to support a dynamic, remote team. This role focuses on leading AI-driven process improvements across operations and supporting organizational change.

Manager, AI Transformation & Operations Innovation Responsibilities:
Collaborate with managers across all functions to identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities.
Develop a comprehensive AI modernization roadmap based on impact and strategic importance.
Translate complex business challenges into effective AI solutions, including automation and predictive analytics.
Educate and empower employees at all levels to confidently use AI tools and foster AI literacy throughout the organization.
Lead the development and implementation of AI initiatives, including managing external partners and resources, ensuring successful adoption, and building internal capabilities.
Manager, AI Transformation & Operations Innovation Qualifications:
Proven experience leading AI or digital transformation initiatives within operationally intensive environments such as manufacturing, distribution, or field services.
Deep operational knowledge of procurement, logistics, customer service, and field operations, with the ability to design process improvements.
Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools, including workflow automation platforms, analytics, and AI-assisted data integration.
Demonstrated success in sourcing, evaluating, and managing external vendors and partners for large technology projects.
Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple initiatives across various functions.
