Massachusetts Employer Forming & Fabrication Specialist in Danvers, Massachusetts
Key Responsibilities: -Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to produce accurate components. -Operate forming and fabrication equipment. -Follow drawings for tubular (thin wall) hand forming assembly. -Perform layout, measurement, and marking of materials to prepare for fabrication processes. -Fabricate parts and assemblies to tight tolerances, ensuring quality and dimensional accuracy. -Conduct inspections during and after fabrication to ensure compliance with quality standards. -Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other production staff to optimize manufacturability and performance. -Maintain equipment and work area in a clean, safe, and organized condition. -Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
