Job Description
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Quality Systems & Digital Solutions team. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and actionable insights that drive quality improvements and operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools, and a solid understanding of quality systems within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Collect, analyze, and interpret data from Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related platforms to support compliance and continuous improvement.
-Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
-Monitor and maintain data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Operations, IT) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
-Support audits, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), non-conformance investigations, and management reviews with accurate data insights.
-Implement and maintain data governance practices aligned with FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulations.
-Assist in defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality processes.
-Provide technical support for data-related issues and recommend improvements to data systems and workflows.
Compensation:
$30/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

Skills and Requirements
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience:
-2+ years in data analysis, preferably in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environment.
-Familiarity with Quality Systems and regulatory standards (FDA QSR, ISO 13485, EU MDR).
Technical Skills:
-Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
-Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
-Experience with statistical analysis and data cleansing.
-Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
