Full job description
Interpret providers orders and carries them out while upholding standards of patient care. Arrange for patient services in the hospital and community and electronically documents in the patient record. Demonstrate a caring, sensitive attitude toward patients and families. Participate in patient and family teaching. Accurately record and report patient histories, vital signs, reviews and updates patients med list and prepares needed prescription refills for the provider to electronically transmit at each visit. Help to maintain an efficient communication system; i.e., telephone, hospital, patients, family to the physician. Maintain and complete daily and monthly nursing checklists, logs and immediately reports any abnormalities to the Nursing Supervisor. Apply if youre a motivated professional. Pay: $21.00 - $31.76 per hour
