As the selected Material Planner, you will be responsible for managing program material requirements, anticipating potential production or supply issues, and ensuring alignment with operational goals. This role serves as a key contributor to program planning and meeting customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering and maintaining data integrity within an ERP system

  • Supporting information collection (bills of material, drawings, etc.) for request for quotes and proposals

  • Managing program assignments with a goal of keeping supply and demand requirements in alignment

  • Collaboratively working with disciplines such as Engineering, Operations, and Quality to monitor process execution cycle times and drive efficiencies

  • Understanding and supporting organizational compliance requirements including Government Property and international trade regulations

Qualifications :

Required:

  • Bachelors degree plus 5 years of related experience

  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to speak up as appropriate and escalate issues as required

  • Self-disciplined, while maintaining the highest standard of compliance and quality

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of flexibility and assist others as needed

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Strong MS Excel skills with ability to write formulas, extrapolate data, and present data information in a clear, consistent, and concise manner

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to use hands to keyboard, communicate, listen to, and interpret instructions and remain stationary for extended periods of the time. This would require the ability to move around the campus and occasionally move/lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. Pay Range :

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$70,800 - $148,600
