Your Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to defined production standards, methods, and guidelines.
Oversee and manage all production operations for the assigned sub-segment or product to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Apply production methods, guidelines, and procedures consistently to meet KPI targets.
Contribute to or manage the fine-scheduling and sequencing of production orders.
Confirm or approve production orders and allocate operational resources accordingly.
Ensure the availability and readiness of production infrastructure, including tools, maintenance services, and setup operations.
Propose procedural or organizational changes to drive improvements in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
Your Qualifications
Associate's degree in in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Several years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with prior leadership or supervisory roles preferred
Understanding of production processes and systems, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating production teams to achieve operational goals
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that optimize production processes
