Aerotek Electrical Assembler in Danbury, Connecticut

Job Title: Electrical Assembler Job Description

The Electrical Assembler will need to have experience with electronic testing and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic components and equipment.

  • Conduct electronic testing to ensure equipment is functioning correctly.

  • Operate machines and equipment used in the assembly process.

  • Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.

  • Perform soldering and wiring tasks as needed.

  • Utilize measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers for precise assembly.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with electronic assembly and testing.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and circuit boards.

  • Ability to perform soldering and wiring tasks.

  • Familiarity with machine operating and CNC equipment.

  • Understanding of inspection and quality control processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in mechanical assembly.

  • Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.

  • Ability to work with stainless steel materials.

  • Experience with electronic assembly using microscopes for detailed work.

  • Knowledge of panel wiring and electrical wiring.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Danbury, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
