Pay and Shift
Shift: 1st shift: - 6:00AM – 2:00PM Monday to Friday
Pay: $17.75 to start, 18.25/hour after 90 days
Job Description
We offer an exciting opportunity to join our Assembly Training Program, designed to transform candidates into qualified assemblers over a six-month period. This program provides comprehensive training that includes classroom learning, hands-on experiences, and job shadowing within various departments such as sealing and coating. The program is structured with checkpoints to ensure participant progress, and all positions are on day shift.
Responsibilities
· Participate in a six-month training program to become a qualified assembler.
· Engage in general labor work in sealing, coating, and other departments.
· Learn to read blueprints and use tools specific to the assembly process.
· Work collaboratively in teams to assemble shelter subassemblies.
· Perform inspections and ensure quality control during assembly.
· Operate machinery and use hand and power tools effectively.
· Participate in modifications of existing shelters as required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr.
