Position Title: Web Developer

Duration: 10+ months with high possibilities of extension

Onsite: Dallas, TX 75201

Pay Range: $50-60/hr on W2

IBM Sterling OMS Functional

Responsibilities:

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing web-based applications for various site components while editing site content. You will document technical designs and specifications, as well as research and incorporate updated content for websites. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in IBM Sterling OMS Functional is required.

Create innovative web solutions that enhance user experience and engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of web applications.

Stay updated with the latest web technologies and trends to implement best practices.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
