Kelly Services Vice President of Product Management in Dallas, Texas

Position Summary: We are seeking a visionary, results-oriented Vice President of Product to drive our product strategy, research & development, and business growth. This pivotal executive role requires proven expertise in the electronics industry, a robust track record in leading end-to-end R&D initiatives, and direct ownership of P&L for complex, high-impact product portfolios. You will lead and inspire a global team of over 150 employees, working closely with engineering, marketing, operations, and sales to deliver industry-leading products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, with heavy emphasis on innovative R&D in electronics.
Set and execute product strategy that drives revenue growth and market leadership.
Manage and optimize P&L for the product division, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary team of 150+ professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align product vision with business objectives.
Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to shape the product roadmap.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes, quality, and time-to-market.
Represent the company and product portfolio at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a relevant field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
12+ years of progressive product management experience within the electronics industry, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Deep hands-on knowledge of R&D, technology roadmaps, and the product development lifecycle for hardware or integrated systems.
Proven success managing P&L for large product lines or divisions.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience supervising 100+ employees, developing high-performing teams, and driving organizational change.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams globally.
