Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst (contract) in Dallas, Texas

Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This long-term contract position focuses on supporting critical data processes within the Treasury group, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security across systems. The role requires strong analytical abilities to assist with data validation, reconciliation, and financial system implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive data entry, validation, and reconciliation tasks with a strong focus on precision.

• Facilitate the transfer of data between systems, ensuring proper formatting and maintaining data integrity.

• Conduct in-depth comparisons and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.

• Handle sensitive banking information with strict adherence to confidentiality and security protocols.

• Support the implementation of Treasury Management Systems by contributing to data migration and system integration efforts.

• Extract, transform, and analyze data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables and formulas, to streamline data analysis and reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address queries and provide solutions related to financial data.

• Assist in managing dynamic priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and other analytical tools.

• Demonstrated experience in data extraction, conversion, and analytics, with a focus on financial systems.

• Proven ability to manage high volumes of data with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of data migration processes and system implementations, particularly in financial contexts.

• Ability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful insights from complex information.

• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment.

• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems such as GTreasury or Kyriba is a plus but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate and address data-related queries.
