Honeywell Sr. Field Service Technician in Dallas, Texas

As a Sr. Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert technical service and support to our customers. You will utilize your advanced skills to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor. This is a travel position based out of Dallas area, the work schedule flexes and is dependent on customer request.

In this role, you will impact the reliability and efficiency of our field service operations, directly contributing to customer success and the overall growth of the organization by providing high-quality technical solutions and support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of field equipment and systems

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to Site technicians and customers

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities

  • Document service activities accurately and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process and service enhancements

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in field service technician roles, preferably in complex technical environments

  • 1 year minimum of strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial or building systems

  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment relevant to field service operations

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

  • Experience with safety protocols and compliance requirements in field service settings
