This is a contract opportunity.

Our Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing full cycle recruitment. We guide and facilitate the hiring manager and team to a successful hire. We execute the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the region or assigned client group and deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice.

This position will partner closely with multiple functions with a focus on our Finance team in the Americas region.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs and goals.

Develop sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable and high caliber candidates.

Identify and screen top talent to recommend to hiring managers.

Advocate for hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process by establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Ensure hiring manager and interview team preparedness to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.

Be a proactive ambassador and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the recruiting process.

Ensure recruiting data integrity by utilizing our ATS (Workday).

Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making with partners.

Act as a consultant in the hiring process by providing guidance in areas such as leveling and compensation.

Negotiate offers to close candidates levering your experience with competing for top talent.

Qualifications

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment

Experience recruiting for a variety of functions. Experience in a high tech industry is strongly preferred.

Passion for improving the customer experience for hiring managers, candidates, and new hires.

Experience with proactive candidate sourcing.

Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced work environment while prioritizing multiple functions and priorities.

Well organized with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Self-motivated, team player.

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 90,000 - 136,000 USD / Annual
