Job Description
The Senior Product Manager, International Restaurant Operations Excellence sits within the Americas Pod and owns Operational Excellence across in‑store technology. This role leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of technology solutions that power how restaurants operate day to day—including POS, front‑of‑store (FOS), back‑of‑house (BOH), kitchen systems, menu management, and drive‑thru technology.
This role is critical to ensuring restaurant technology is reliable, scalable, and delivers clear business impact across international markets. As the primary product and technology partner for Central and South America, this position works closely with Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and regional leadership to enable consistent, efficient, and high‑performing restaurant execution.
Key Responsibilities
-Own the product strategy and roadmap for restaurant operational technology across the Americas, with a strong focus on POS and kitchen systems
-Serve as the point owner for in‑store technology, including POS, BOH, kitchen systems, menu technology, and drive‑thru platforms
-Partner closely with restaurant operations and regional leadership to identify opportunities to improve execution, efficiency, and consistency through technology
-Support rollout, optimization, and continuous improvement of operational systems used by restaurants and field teams
-Act as the primary product and technology partner for Central and South America, ensuring solutions are scalable, locally relevant, and aligned with regional needs
-Analyze operational KPIs and system performance to understand the business impact of the restaurant tech stack and drive data‑informed decisions
-Support new restaurant openings and market expansions by ensuring operational technology readiness and stability
-Collaborate with external technology and hardware vendors, managing partnerships and influencing roadmaps where appropriate

Skills and Requirements
-6+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on operations, enterprise systems, or business‑critical platforms
-Experience supporting restaurant, retail, or multi‑unit operations through technology solutions
-Strong ability to translate operational challenges into scalable product and technology solutions
-Experience leading multi‑market or international initiatives with regional stakeholders
-Proven stakeholder management skills across technical, operational, and regional teams
-Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and measuring operational impact
-Fluent in Spanish (required)
-Deep experience with restaurant systems such as POS, back‑of‑house tools, or operational reporting platforms -Experience supporting Latin America or Central/South America markets
-Background in QSR, franchise, or multi‑unit restaurant environments
-Experience working with compliance, localization, and regional governance requirements
