System One Senior Field Electrician – Conduit (Traveling) in Dallas, Texas
Lead Field Electrician – Conduit (Traveling)
Nationwide Travel | 60–80+ Hours/Week | Data Center Projects
We are hiring experienced high voltage electricians with a strong background in running and bending EMT conduit for large-scale data center projects across the U.S.
This is a production-driven role. You will be expected to run conduit all day, every day, and help set the pace for the crew.
What You’ll Be Doing
Running and bending ½” to 1” EMT conduit for power distribution systems
Installing conduit from power drops to control panels
Working alongside low voltage teams (cameras, cabling), but your role is strictly high voltage
Supporting fast-paced, large-scale Amazon data center builds
Maintaining production speed and quality on-site
What We’re Looking For (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
5+ years of conduit experience (EMT REQUIRED)
Proven ability to run and bend conduit all day (10–14 hours)
Experience in commercial or industrial electrical work (NOT residential)
Comfortable working high voltage systems
Willing to travel nationwide for extended periods
Strongly Preferred
Experience with PLC controls or control panels
Previous data center or large-scale industrial project experience
Experience working in high-production environments
Work Schedule & Travel
6 days per week
10–14 hour shifts (day shift starting 7AM)
Projects typically 3 weeks per site, then travel to next location
Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. (NJ ? Las Vegas and beyond)
No travel companions allowed
Compensation & Perks
Company-provided work vehicle + gas card
Hotel provided (private room)
$45/day per diem
Overtime after 40 hours
Paid travel time between job sites

Amazon background check (7 years)
Drug screening
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
Must be able to travel to Lowell, Arkansas for onboarding
