Job Title: Project/Program Manager III

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project/Program Manager III who will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs, overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion. This role involves setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress, along with preparing reports for upper management regarding the status of the projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, while leading and directing the work of others.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and complete project/program tasks, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently.

  • Set deadlines and assign responsibilities to team members.

  • Monitor and summarize progress, preparing detailed reports for upper management.

  • Lead and direct the work of team members, fostering collaboration and creativity.

  • Report site activities to the construction manager, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a comparable field.

  • 5 years of experience in a related discipline such as Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

  • 5 years of project management experience, from design phase through implementation and operation.

  • 5 years of experience negotiating construction, procurement, and labor contracts.

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM, and scheduling software such as Primavera, MS Project, or similar.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in at least two disciplines within the construction industry, including General Contracting, Owner’s Representation, Commercial Development, Engineering & Design, or similar.

  • Proven ability to communicate project requirements to various audiences effectively.

  • Experience in facilities management or similar roles, including planning, design review, implementation, and project management/control of new structures and existing buildings.

  • Program management of concurrent projects.

  • Project Management accreditation (PMP® or similar).

Work Environment

This position offers a remote work environment with occasional travel to work sites. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, managing new builds, renovations, and expansions across the US.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
