The American Heart Association has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Project Coordinator in our National Center office located in Dallas, TX. (Home-based work is available) In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and project support.
*This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, temporary opportunity that will last approximately. 12 months. *

Responsibilities
Spreadsheet updates, file uploads, weekly reports and tracking, manage email replies, and process expense reports
Assist with conference slides as needed, conference packing, professional credential research, conference reception logistics, coordination with outside vendors, inter-departmental logistics, and communications.
Build relationships, build sessions, and oversee databases. Assist with maintaining and organizing data, testing, submission, and review sites, preparing notifications/communications, etc., for all functions of this position using the Oasis Abstract Management system.

Qualifications
HS diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
Minimum of six (6) months administrative and/or project coordination experience.
Intermediate skills with MS Office programs, typing, and filing.
Intermediate skills in using AI tools such as Co-Pilot
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects from beginning to end, simultaneously, without supervision.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize work assignments, be flexible in scheduling tasks, and manage time effectively.
Good written and verbal communication skills, including those needed in writing, editing, and interacting by telephone and in meetings.
