Position Responsibilities:

Develop and validate new network designs. Responsible for architecting, implementation, and operation of large-scale networks. Champion operational excellence in AWS networking with the responsibility for the introduction and adoption of new fabric designs, which are evolvable as customer needs grow. Use detailed knowledge of the work done in data center fabric (DCF) and proactively work to improve consistency and integration between DC access network layer and/or systems and related DCF networks and/or systems (owned by the wider org). Influence technical and business strategy by making insightful contributions to priorities and approach. Identify and solve ambiguous network problems, architectural, or operational deficiencies.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electronics, Network and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electronics, Network and Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience with the following skills: (1) experience in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, and SDN) and network designs and platforms; and (2) designing, scoping, developing, and implementing large-scale networks to meet business and technical objectives. Domestic and/or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
