Maintenance Technician-$30-32/hr Direct Hire
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining all production and facilities in a food and beverage environment. This role requires ensuring equipment and facilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on production equipment.
Repair conveyors, mixers, and blenders.
Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues.
Install doors, maintain lighting, and perform painting tasks.
Ensure the facility meets GMP standards for food and beverage manufacturing.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Essential Skills
2-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong preference for food and beverage experience.
Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience in facilities maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Welding experience, especially TIG welding, is strongly preferred.

Work Environment
The facility houses 125-150 production personnel, with steel-toed shoes required. The available shifts are 7 AM to 7 PM (1 opening) and 7 PM to 7 AM (4 openings) on a 2-2-3 schedule, working every other weekend in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $81120.00/yr.
