Maintenance Technician-$30-36/hr
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on production equipment. This includes flexo folder gluer machines, rotary die cutters, and specialty folder gluers. Experience with corrugated products is essential.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
Work with flexo folder gluer machines, rotary die cutters, and specialty folder gluers.
Ensure equipment runs efficiently and meets production standards.
Essential Skills
Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of print press, flexography, and press brake.
Proficient in reading blueprints and setting up machines.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with corrugated products.

Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment. Steel-toed shoes are required for safety. Enjoy a schedule that runs from 6 AM to completion Monday through Thursday, with some work on Fridays, allowing for four ten-hour shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
