Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running and maintaining our packaging machinery, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently. You will need to be safety-minded with a keen attention to detail, capable of setting up machinery by reading manuals and following safety procedures, loading machinery with packaging supplies, and monitoring the machine and filling process.
Responsibilities

Load machinery with packaging supplies.
Monitor machine and filling process.
Essential Skills
Experience in machine operation and assembly.
Knowledge of general production and use of hand tools.
Ability to perform machine set-up and packaging tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.
Ability to meet daily productivity expectations.
Proficiency in basic math skills.
Aptitude for learning to operate packaging machinery.
Capability to read and complete required paperwork.
Physical ability to stand for 9 to 10-hour shifts and lift 50 lbs unaided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
