Description
Robert Half is working with a firm in Dallas, TX that is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role will support attorneys in all facets of litigation and trial preparation, providing a valuable opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in case management, including calendar management, deadlines, and case files
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence
Coordinate and conduct eDiscovery tasks, including document review and production
Manage client communications, witness interviews, and fact investigation
Organize and prepare exhibits, trial binders, and materials for depositions and hearings
File legal documents with courts and agencies
Support billing and time tracking activities for casework
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of recent litigation experience, preferably in a law firm environment
Proficiency with legal research tools and litigation management software
Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and multi-tasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with eDiscovery platforms and contract management is a plus
Demonstrated adaptability and commitment to continuous learning
