Description
Robert Half is working with a respected law firm in Dallas seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant to join their legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting litigation attorneys and contributing to high-profile matters.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in case management, document preparation, and e-filing for litigation matters.
Manage calendars, schedule hearings, and track deadlines.
Handle discovery requests, organize exhibits and trial materials.
Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
Communicate professionally with clients, court officials, and opposing counsel.
Maintain confidentiality in all case-related activities.
Requirements
Previous experience in a litigation support or legal assistant role at a law firm.
Proficient with litigation software, document management, and court filing systems.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
MUST have recent Litigation experience.
Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
